Complex Jasmine – Location: Kiten, Bourgas Province, Bulgaria

“Jasmine” is a new holiday resort on the shores of Atliman Bay north of Kiten- 5 minutes from the administrative center of the city. The nearest airport is in town of Bourgas – 64 km away.  Fully operational complex consists of a small hotel part, six villas and one cottage in the total area of 4000 square meters. That  include 44 rooms and 2 x two bedrooms apartments with 94 beds all together.

The hotel has three floors, 14 rooms and 2 x two bedrooms apartments with garden and sea view terraces each. There is an elevator, specially adapted for disabled people. All rooms in the complex are air conditioned, with refrigerator, LCD TV, hairdryer, personal safe.

The villas are situated in a private garden with palms, cypresses, oaks, limes and fragrant roses.  Each villa has two floors with 2-3 rooms per floor with own entrance, bathroom and balcony.

The cottage is in the garden with sea view and consists of two floors. First floor: Living room with real fire place, kitchen, indoor and outdoor bathroom with toilets, big terrace, with two entrances from the sea and from the back; Second floor: living room, kitchen box, two bedrooms 2 bathrooms and toilets, air conditioned.
